Two New Summerlin Villages | Redpoint & Redpoint Square

Recently, Summerlin one of the top master plan communities in the nation announced it's continued expansion westward as its newest villages, Redpoint Square & Redpoint begin construction. According to Danielle Bisterfeldt, Vice President of marketing for Summerlin, Summerlin West is the next chapter in the community's 30-year history as one of the country's premier and top selling master plans. "The area encompasses the community's remaining acreage and is planned as an exciting and diverse mix of residential offerings, mixed-use office and retail developments and the community's signature parks, open space and trails," Bisterfeldt said. The village will be ideally located west of the 215 beltway and north of Far Hills Ave and will be priced from the high $200,000's. It will be an ideal place for buyers who are looking for less maintenance and an average sales price lower than that of most current Summerlin communities. The villages will be sitting at 4,550 feet above sea level at it's highest creating beautiful views of the valley and mountains surrounding it. Currently, buyers have the option of shopping between an array of builders who are taking interest list reservations. Historically, it is advantageous pricing wise to get into a community at it's beginning phases in order to reap the benefits of "pre-sales pricing" or "first phase" pricing.
